We listen closely to communities, incorporating insights from community members to ensure the services we provide are meeting local needs. Community surveys including hundreds of households show that 95% of our patients are highly satisfied with their C2C experience.
Local community members and leaders volunteer as Steering Committee members (pictured below) to advise C2C staff on items such as pricing, service mix, marketing messages, and community involvement.
We also build strong referral networks with larger, centralized hospitals to ensure our clinics are part of a wider continuum of care for our patients.
