What We Do

C2C brings Self-Sustaining Primary Health Care to Communities in Need

Care 2 Communities (C2C) has created a new approach for community healthcare delivery in Haiti by combining a sustainable social enterprise model with philanthropy and a partnership with the Ministry of Health to deliver affordable, high-quality primary care in underserved communities. Our innovative approach effectively addresses a decades old challenge in Haiti, the Western Hemisphere’s poorest nation, where primary health care quality and accessibility are inconsistent and severely lacking.

C2C operates fully equipped primary care clinics, staffed with local personnel, to prevent and treat illness in women, children, and families in their own communities. Each C2C clinic is a “one-stop-shop” facility, fully equipped with private consultation spaces, laboratory, and pharmacy.
